Something has gone seriously wrong with this location in the last few months.
I have been ordering from here for years without issues. Now, every time, my drinks are either incorrect or completely disgusting. I haven’t come close to finishing any of my last four orders and the last two (!!!) literally gave me some form of food poisoning.
Because you have to order from the app, there is nowhere to give feedback and no possible place to speak with customer service or even anyone who works there.

On Labor Day their hours showed open, so I decided to order a shake with their online portal, they charged me twice & they were actually closed and wouldn’t answer the phone, so I emailed for a refund Patrica D on the email said she confirmed that they were open and didn’t refund me for a shake I didn’t get. The customer service is terrible and they avoid phone calls so no one is responsible to help you for any issue. **update** they tell you to email them but they never answer and they give you the run around. This company just wants your money and doesn’t offer customer service at all.
