We had just left a Yankees game and my husband suggested we stop in Long Island City before heading home to get a bite to eat. A friend of his told him about this place and we were like kids in a candy store, not knowing what to get first. This place is a market, there are displays of fish on ice. You pick out your fish, put it in a bag, it gets weighed and you tell them how you want it cooked. We ordered a greek salad (which was huge and delish) and fried calamari for appetizers. We also ordered lemon potatoes. For entrees my husband ordered a branzino and I had the salmon. Food is very reasonably priced. We sat outside, next time we will bring wine as it's BYOB. Can't wait to go back with friends.

a really ģood fish market in sunnyside queens that carry a good assortment of fresh seafood at reasonable prices .on a saturday morning my task was to get what was on the list given to me , 3 pounds of large shrimps (cleaned) 6 pieces of wild caught salmon , 6 pieces of lemon sole . it was a simple task and while waiting i took a browse stroll front to back and it seems that every type of edible sea creature is available for us the customers at fair prices . i personally aint a big seafood lover but i might get some lobsters on my next visit when another list is handed to me. overall a solid neighborhood fish market in sunnyside that aint fishy at all.

While exploring the neighborhood, I came across QB Fish Market and was immediately drawn to the charming displays of items both inside and outside the shop. While I cannot comment on the service or ambiance, the visual appeal of the market made it stand out to me.
This is an excellent fish market! There's a good variety of sea food, and it's always fresh and delicious. The service is great and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place more, it's my go-to for any kind of sea food.

I love having quality seafood nearby that I can buy the day of. The prices are a little higher than some bigger stores but not significantly. Every time I stop by this market, the people are incredibly helpful and the variety of options are great. I love fish and they usually have some great recommendations and new types to try. I've also purchased oysters and scallops, which are priced well, and I've heard the fish soup is amazing.Sadly, since the pandemic and maybe other bigger shops opening in the neighborhood, this place has had difficulty getting new customers. If you haven't tried this place, pleaseeeee come by and continue to support a great local business.
