This place is always on point!

Staff ignored me at waiting area. The staff then seated other guests and proceeded to ignore me. Didn't get a chance to try the food.

I could easily say that, for me, this is one of the absolute best pizzas in all of NYC! On top of the amazing quality, it comes at a price that is ridiculously accessible for anyone. If you want incredible pizza without breaking the bank, this specific location is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Unos has been a favorite restaurant of mine for a long time. My family has been coming to this location and the previous locations for over 11 years. As a pizza lover, they draw me in again and again. The cookie has been my birthday cake of choice for a few years now. They were my birthday meals for my sweet 16 and my 21st. This year, we went for my college graduation. The food is great and the staff is kind. The movie theater across the street makes it a good location. Special thanks to the managers Steve and Heath who have made every celebration I have had here special.

Went in there with 8 of my friends and we had planned to enjoy our dinner tonight. We had gotten a waittress who was dark skinned and had blonde braids with an insane attitude talking about “get ur orders in so I can clock out”. She gave a crazy amount of attitude, slammed all our drinks, snatched our menus, ignored us and just had this overall pissed off attitude towards us. Really impatient. We werent even trying to give a hard time. She kept trying to speed everything up so she can clock out. Why attend if ur gonna have a gross attitude and just want to leave. Food was okay, the double boneless wings were just tenders. Not bad. Burgers were okay and so was the pizza. Most of the meal and mood was ruined due to the horrible service the waitress had given us. Not to mention a friend of mind had ordered a meal separately which was the hamburger special (burger + side + drink for $11) and she charged him the same tip that we were charged when all 8 of us ordered food together. So what was supposed to be a $11 meal separately, ended up being $50 including tax. Horrible service would not recommend this place.

Me and my friends came by after a soccer match we were all exhausted and decided to eat at uno today around 8. The waiter that we had which I don’t remember her name dark skinned female with blonde braids gave us attitude during the whole time when we were there even giving us dirty look and slammed cups in our table and even tried over charging us with the order kept doing the same mistake rushing us out of here just because she wanted to “clock out”. This itself made me upset because it ruined the mood and good energy me and my friends had going on I find it very unprofessional. Not only she kept on our eyeing our table judging us while me and my friends were eating giving us dirty looks like we don’t belong there. The food was great just the service itself made it not enjoyable.

i don’t know where to begin, we had a party of 8 and i can’t recall the name of the waitress but she was dark skinned and immediately became hostile. rushed us to order so “she can get out of here” and told us that we had to order fast, she then snatched our menu’s and had an attitude the whole time, we were coming from a soccer match and were extremely exhausted. She honestly ruined my appetite and i had to take my food to go then when i ordered another order of the same food for my siblings she rolled her eyes and gave me more attitude, i don’t know if this is some kind of gimmick like those rude restaurants for funsies but that’s not what we came for at all, to top it off she overcharged me and tried to get me to pay gratuity twice! i wanted to pay for my food (3 burgers with fries deal) 10.99 each totaling $33 and she applied a large table gratuity on my order she said it’s mandatory. i understand if we’d pay all together yeah apply the mandatory gratuity but that’s outrages what she did. I payed fifty something and she even flipped the tablet on me to add a SECOND gratuity. she kept giving smart remarks and i also want to add on that she slammed our drinks on the table, i’m beyond pissed off typing this because i wouldn’t even mind paying gratuity but she did not deserve any at all. i understand people have rough days and I empathize but please don’t take it out on customers. i’m a broke student man i wanted to get a good deal and instead walked out with a big bill and a night ruined.
