Loved the food, service and atmosphere! I had a birthday coupon and it greatly reduced my check! They are the only UNO’s pizza in Queens and I highly recommend this place!!!

Good place. I felt bad for one of the managers who was crying and when asked he just needed a minute in the washroom because of the Kirk situation. They have great pizza skins.

Delicious gluten free pizza enough for 2 people. Just way overpriced by 5 dollars. Over $15 for an individual pie.

2 weeks ago on a Sunday at 7 pm. Which I would think was prime time. my family and I walked to an empty hostess desk. Where we had wait 10 minutes for the hostess to come from outside to help. She left to get herself a redbull. She was dressed very unprofessional and unkept. No tables in the back area where we were brought had been bust. The hostess took a damp towel and cleaned a table for us. Once our food was delivered our waiter walked away from the table without offering utensils, sauces , etc. we had to flag someone else. Who was cleaning the dirty tables around us who flagged our waiter. Who then informed us they ran out of utensils. He walked away and I had to inform him that he didn’t bring the salad dressing for the salad and no bbq for bbq burger. The hostess came to our table to ask how we were doing when we informed her about the sauces. Never saw the waiter again until it was time to pay. The food was mediocre at best. But the experience itself made it so much worse

Got the pizza & soup/salad lunch special. My thin crust pizza did not taste all that great but my broccoli cheddar soup was alright. The grilled burger had an unpleasant taste in my boyfriend and I’s opinion. I would not come back here again just based taste and price.

Haven't had Pizza Uno in almost 10yrs, the one by me in Manhattan closed. And unfortunately, it looks like I will be waiting even longer. Walked in to a very quiet time (1:40pm'ish, Weds 7/30) was sat and waited. I counted 3 active table, 10 guests total, in my half of the restaurant. I had time. I walked out 15 minutes later. Why? No one greeted me, said I'll be right there, or even acknowledged me. So I walked over to Panera bread 100 feet away. It's not a chicago pizza, but at least I'm eating when it's actually still lunch time.

Don't waste your time here.

Went there with friends on a Monday night. Surprisingly the place was empty around 10 pm. We were seated quick and the waiter was nice enough to change us to a bigger table since we were a group of 5. Let me tell you, the food took a while to come even when we were basically the only ones there. However, every single dish was amazingly well cooked. I got the ribeye with mushrooms and 2 sides. The meat was so good and the quality of all the ingredients were fresh and well done, very tasty. My boyfriend got the chicken spinach and it was really good. My other friend got the pizza and it was so good.(next time I’m ordering pizza). The server was really nice and helpful. We will come back for sure. This is my new favorite spot around Steinway.

This place was an awesome experience from start to finish. The moment I came into the place I was already greeted by the manager, I chose a seating area and waited not too long for the waitress show up. Took me awhile to figure what I wanted but I chose a lunch deal special of a Cheeseburger and fries along with a personal deep dish pizza on the side and lemonade.

The place is very roomy and has the aesthetic of a 3 to 4 star Pizzeria but this place has oh so much to offer. My food was brought to me and the waiter was very courteous. Time to eat, I though I'd be able to polish this food off, man was I wrong. The burger and fries itself was very filling enough. The fries were tender with the right amount of salt and pepper, the burger, medium well was done with excellence and it got me good. Perhaps I was a little overconfident in eating all the food I got. I usually have no issue consuming a large lunch after a workout but my meal humbled me. I couldn't even finish off my pizza so I took it home with me and it was still just as delicious as it was when it was brought fresh from the oven.

Full stomach aside, the service, the vibe and the food was marvelous. Paid along with 7 extra dollars as a tip to the waitress for a job well done. This is one of those places you gotta experience at least once in your life.
