I ordered online for a salad and gave me without the dressing when I am to either get a redelivery for thisI was told the missing dressing isn’t eligible for a redelivery or a refund!!! HOW DO I EAT A SALAD WITHOUT THE DRESSING?!! Take your damn salad back because it’s just going to the trash!!!

Terrible costumer service. I came here for first time because of TMobile was offering a chicken burger, I went nicely asking for it, and they said “Mobile order is not working”. They didn’t help me at all and I just have to leave without anything. Crazy.

I'm sorry I have to give this place two 👎👎 for false advertisement, if it's on the menu with a price why would it not be for sale?...because 1 of the 2 cashiers made the sale, I wonder if that girl still works there?

I ordered Dave’s Combo, chili, and a baked potato, but they forgot the fries. I only realized it when I got home and was about to eat, which was really disappointing. I didn’t feel like going back, so I just ate what I had. I hope this doesn’t happen again in the future. When I picked up my order, there weren’t many people, and it was already prepared, so I wish someone had double-checked it. It was my first visit, and I’m really disappointed.

The food is delicious, but how can they possibly deny me a plastic bag? If I bought a drink and I want to consume it at home and I don't want it to spill, I prefer to carry it in a bag. Very bad service. Appalling. Make things easy, don't cry over a bag.

I’ve been a regular at Wendy's for quite a while, but lately, the experience has really been disappointing. The customer service, which used to be one of the things I appreciated most about this chain, seems to have completely declined for the past 5 years. No one at the counter is smiling, and there’s a noticeable lack of enthusiasm or warmth. It feels as though the staff is just going through the motions, which makes the entire experience feel impersonal and rushed. And sometimes even get the wrong order.
The consistent lack of friendly interaction really makes me question whether I want to return. Good service used to be one of the main reasons I came back to Wendy’s, but now it’s hard to even feel welcomed. I WILL be looking at other options!

Absolutely horrible. The manager with the glasses is always rude when it comes to asking for more sauce. Make sure to check your orders before leaving because they aways miss items from your order. They’re stingy with any extra sauce like if you want me to pay extra cents for it I will lol.

Went here 3 times and they screwed up my order all 3 times. Today I went to the drive thru and had to repeat my order 3 times. I left! Sorry for speaking English.

My recent visit to Wendy’s left much to be desired, particularly when it came to customer service and the overall experience. Unfortunately, the staff's limited ability to communicate effectively in English made ordering unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Clear communication is an essential part of good customer service, and this lack of fluency created unnecessary confusion.
Additionally, the customer service itself was lackluster, with employees appearing uninterested and disengaged. The overall atmosphere of the location felt stale and outdated, with a lack of energy and upkeep. The interior could use a significant refresh, as it feels more like a forgotten relic than a welcoming place to enjoy a meal.
While Wendy’s is known for its affordable and tasty menu items, this particular experience overshadowed the food quality. A combination of poor communication, unmotivated staff, and an uninviting atmosphere makes it hard to recommend this location. If improvements are made, it could become a much better spot for a quick and enjoyable meal.

They continue to overcharge my order by upgrading the size even though I specifically ask for the regular. I want small and both meals came out large. They don’t ever give you a receipt for you to catch it. Just very frustrating when you correct the lady multiple times and they still do as they please. I want my refund. On top of it the Diet Coke is always bad on multiple occasions. Only soda that comes super gross.
