I also liked seeing the cow, but smelling manure while eating was a little weird. Otherwise, the ice cream was delicious and the portions are HUGE! I would definitely go back to try more flavors!“

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

“Nice place for homemade custard. Tons of flavors. They also have soft serve and hard which is Perry’s. Lots to choose from with shakes, flurries, fried dough and I think they also have food. It is pricey however. We got two custards which are only served in one available size, it’s pretty decent size but the total was $15 for two. So definitely pricey. Good waffle cones. The icecream itself was good but I’ve had better. The blueberry cheese cake was too strong of the blueberry fake flavoring taste. I’d try more of a regular flavor next time. Overall decent place. But expensive.“

“I tried Guptil's ice cream for the first time after hearing so much about their soft serve, and I had to give it a shot. I opted for the coffee-vanilla mix, and it was great—so creamy and rich! I also loveeeedddd the generous amount of ice cream they put on my cone; Guptil's definitely doesn’t skimp! My friend had an enormous sundae, and he really enjoyed it.

The staff was patient and sweet, and I was surprised by how many people were waiting for ice cream at 9:30 PM. However, the staff was super quick, so the line moved fast. They offer a huge variety—sundaes, soft serve, hard ice cream, shakes, and malts.

Just a heads-up, Guptil's is cash only, but they do have an ATM on-site.“

“Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“I just got married at the Maples Estate in early September, we worked with Ben and Jerry’s, specifically this location! Richard was absolutely amazing, just so friendly and easy to work with. They made my dream come true, which was to have ice cream (and really good ice cream by the way!) at my wedding. We did the sundae package, it was awesome. Our guests absolutely loved it. So many of us were just dancing with ice cream sundaes, a literal dream come true. Thanks for making our wedding so special and cool!“

“We drove most of the day for a medical appointment and were looking for a place to dine late at night, my wife and I have worked in the restaurant/hospitality business for over 30 years, so we know what it's like for the staff to get customers close to closing, after asking if it would be a "bother" to seat us, we were met with mixed reactions, none of them were poor, but no one was excited to have 9 o'clock guest when they close at 10, both the service and atmosphere this visit would have been rated better if our welcome and visit would have been warmly welcomed. But when I want birthday cake remix with an extra brownie mixed in who else can I trust really??❤️ Idk about customer service it's sometimes crowded but it's ice cream the line goes quick. They could be rude but I wouldn't know I'm only listening to my ice cream being made ?. One person said they rather go to Stewart's which sometimes I will also just settle for a mint cookie crumble. But I would never say it's superior than Cold Stones.“
