“We had the best experience ever with this bakery - the cake was included in our venue pricing through this bakery, and I can definitely see why! Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! We even asked for an extra birthday cupcake for our nephew to have on the day of the wedding, and they made it sooo cute! (wish I could figure out how to add a picture here... It was SO pretty!!!)“

Her customer service on the phone made me feel as I though I was a long time family friend. Impeccable customer service! “ordered 50 individually wrapped pretzels for an early pick up. Didn't realize we only got 20. Called and spoke to a very pleasant person I think he name was Mike. The order write up look like 20 not 50. He apologized and said he would cook and deliver them as soon as possible. Within 30 min. they were delivered and he apologized again.“

“Went once on a whim. Conveniently located directly across from the Lynbrook LIRR (Sunrise Highway crosswalk). Also directly across the street from the Lynbrook Post Office, which I frequently go to as an eBay Seller (kriherr0). Lady behind the counter had me laughing. Didn't catch her name tho. Bacon egg and cheese on a roll hit the spot! I'm going there today in an hour & a half when they open at 5am. Hoping for a similar experience 👍 . 5am? Hell yeaaa! I'm an early birder“
