The customer service is not good here on Sunday morning 8/24 . I thought I had a nickel in my car I couldn’t find one at the time and I told the girl I’d have to make it a medium then I found a dime to make up the nickle I needed to get a large and she said oh I already did order it’s like I was lacking a nickle all they had to do was take my dime since I had given her 3.50 already and that would have covered the large I could get then. Then one girl with glasses and colored hair rolled her eyes at me. This was on a Sunday not the regular crew that does a fantastic job the one woman with blonde hair that has black in it also is very customer friendly and she has glasses on. The one that made my drink and rolled her eyes Sunday was younger. This location is excellent just the two young employees lack customer service!

Do not use the app to order ahead. I've done that for the last 2 days. Turns out, they make it as soon as you put the order in. Instead of when you pull up to the speaker which is why of ive been getting old a** food and cold coffee for the last 2 days, because I don't make it there right away. I live 10 minutes- away super frustrating. I've been spending a ton of money here and I'm done I'm just gonna go to starbucks.

I don't frequent this Dunkin location often but the last few days I did. I was quite disappointed with the lack of urgency by the staff when I went to go pick up my order. I placed it through the app at least 10 mins before I got to the location, and it still took a bit of wait time for my order to be ready. It wasn't a complicated order but still it took them several mins to figure it out. Not sure if it was new staff but I won't be going to this location anytime soon.

The workers here are always so friendly and nice. They are one of the only locations that doesn’t ever make a mistake with my order and even on busy days the wait time can be a little longer, but they always apologize for the long wait and get you checked out as quickly as possible through the drive thru. They are great about the mobile orders as well.
