Hooligans Eastside Grill

First time here and will not be going back. It took about 40 minutes to get our drinks and the waitress only brought out one at a time. Had to ask a few times for a pop as she kept walking away. I ordered the boneless chicken plate and the chicken was SO over cooked there was no flavor at all other than burnt. I ended up going to the bar to get a refill on my water because the only time the waitress came was to bring drinks, take our order, and bring the food. The experience was a long time. The waitress was not friendly at all, and the food was nothing to write home about.

I got the Hooligan Bomber, and The Wife got the sample platter.

First off, the fries were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked and amazing crynchy. However, the Hooligan Bomber was rather bland, but it was well made. A sauce of some sort would really make it pop.

The sample platter was decent, except the Buffalo wing spring rolls. There was something just off about them, and they just were not appetizing. I can't quite put my finger on it, but both my wife and I felt the same way. My best guess is that Buffalo wing dip just doesn't belong in a spring roll. They were properly prepared and very crispy.

Overall, the food was on the upper end of pub fair but tiptoeing into restaurant prices.

The Wait staff was friendly and attentive, though, and the establishment was clean and well put together.

We have eaten here a few times now and the food is delicious, no one has had a bad meal. My dad ordered a sandwich with no onions and it came out with onions, he caught it and they came back so quickly with a corrected sandwich. We have been at odd times, this was around 2:30-3 last time we went and it took longer than 30 minutes to get our food, so just be prepared to wait, and the only reason I noticed is because I have 2 small children that have a hard time sitting for that long. The place is clean and the layout is beautiful.

Came for the first time today and I believe it was Katie who took care of me. She was excellent! As was the food and the martini I enjoyed. Will definitely be back!

Came in on a Friday evening to grab burgers with a friend. I asked for medium cooked burgers, and got well done. Both me and my friend received the same burgers well-done. Service was decent, the waitress came to take the corner a bit longer then I was expected, but ended up taking the order after a few minutes. Atmosphere is not bad, it seems like most folks are stuck at the bar, but for those who are in the dining it's a comfortable area.

My new favorite restaurant around. Great food, very nice decor. You can either sit in the lively bar area, or have dinner in a separate room. Two different atmospheres. Great daily deals and drink specials. Love it here!

our waitress and the manager were great! very nice and professional however the food was a bit lackluster. my boyfriends burger didn’t have much flavor and the Mac n cheese i ordered had curdled cheese sauce, frozen unseasoned chicken (when it’s advertised as grilled), and there was a hair in it! but it was handled well with the food comped & a gift card so we’re willing to give it another shot in the future, but probably during a different time of day when there’s a different cook on shift

This is not on our waitress whatsoever. She was very sweet and attentive. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I received a grilled cheese with an unmelted half a slice of cheese in it. My girlfriend and I laughed, and I told the waitress a bit later the manager came by And said she’d be right back with the new one 25 minutes later for a grilled cheese sandwich I was done my friend had already eaten and I thought the weight was ridiculous. Excuse that it got busy when we walked in there was hardly anyone there the manager did take my sandwich if you could call that off the menu , but we will not be returning neither friends after. I told him the story of our lovely experience. A grilled cheese sandwich my six-year-old granddaughter can make a grilled cheese sandwich. Are you kidding me?
