Went there with nine people and it terrible food and service. I order NYC strip steak but it was a skirt steak and the mashed potatoes full of powder mix. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my drink and was served with lime after I mention 3 times no lime and guess what I got lime. We ordered 9 desserts but only 8 came out and waited 15 more minutes. We were the Only customers in the dining room and 1 person at the bar. Please don't eat here go somewhere else. The French fries were great and crispy, and the best item on the Menu.
Horrible experience. Waitresses who do not attend to you and have bad attitudes. We were given expired soda that was flat. Had to ask for more chips and salsa . When asked for something else, we were given an attitude by the Manager himself. Never will go back.

Very disappointed with the service.
We ordered 5 diet cokes with our meal for our table and they came in a tall glass with ice. When we tasted it they tasted flat, so we told the waitress. She basically didn't believe us, I told her to taste it, maybe the tap was off with the ratios. She said no it came from a can. So still arguing with us, she asked us what do you want. She said do you need to see the can, so we said sure, she bought us the can and the can was expired Jan 2024. So we asked her to take them back and we drank water instead. When we got the bill she still charged us $15 for 5 flat sodas that she took back anyhow, we had to get a manager involved because no one knew the cans were expired and the manager had the audacity to say he just bought them this week.
Service was horrible. I bellied up to the bar Monday Sept 2nd. There were 6 patrons at the bar when I sat down. I sat l there for 15 mins before someone acknowledged me and when they did, I still felt ignored. The young lady behind the bar seemed confused and overwhelmed and didn’t speak English and the young man, who I had to flag down for a menu, gave me the menu and walked away and didn’t come back to see what I wanted. Needless to say, I was turned off and left. Ended up going to Kobu across the road where I was attended to without issue. They need to hire more experienced staff who know how to treat the customers like they matter.
Gave this place 2 tries just in case they were just off the first time. Both times the food was bland and the drinks gave me a headache (margariras) I would order drinks anywhere else and this never happens.

First time trying tacos carnitas at this restaurant. I think I chip my tooth. Horrible cardboard meat and the rice and beans sucks. Spend $22 to throw in garage.
Once again, as I do deliveries for most of these Westchester food establishments, I have the pleasure of sampling a majority of these menus. The food here is actually pretty decent, and it's located right there in Mahopac. Again, it just depends on what you're into. There's a bar where you can sit down at as well that has a great vibe.
Parking: Parking lots situated on both sides of the establishment
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access thru the front door from both parking lots

First time dinning here and was very disappointed. We had a party of 5 and every dish was at best luke warm. The food was probably frozen and then microwaved, that's what it tasted like. The server was just an order taken at best. One order arrived with sour cream which wasn't supposed to have it on the food,it was taken back to kitchen where it was scrapped off the item. This was our first and last visit.

Service was excellente, atmosphere was excellente, but the food was eh. I think people should come here for the drinks because the drinks were good. The guacamole was ok but tasted different than anything else I have tasted. The salsa was kinda weird my husband said they used roasted peppers, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t excellente either. The tacos ? well I didn’t understand why they put white cheese on it? My husband said it was mozzarella and that doesn’t taste really great unless it’s on a pizza. Then there was the meat my husband said it was ground beef and not a steak taco. Mine was chicken and it tasted weird and dry like it was from a rotisserie chicken that had been cooked all day and dried up. The dessert was ok but very light and fluffy my husband even asked if there was anything to it but it the tres leche cake was decent. Definitely would come back for drinks or dessert but the other food I’ll pass on.
