This place is now a favorite for me and my in laws. I reserved a table for my sister in law’s birthday. It happens to be across the street from my favorite diner in Mahopac. Now Stonehouse is one of our favorite dinner spots. The staff was incredible. The owner happens to be from the same hometown of my wife’s family and the traditional on their menu food was perfect. I understand this is a relatively new place. Tried it based on positive reviews. Was not disappointed. Two different steaks, a fish and a chicken dish... steaks cooked perfectly. Fish and chicken slightly over cooked....but totally edible. Wait staff was great. Had an enjoyable time
