“The food was great, the atmosphere was Panera, the staff I saw was great. I’m just shaking my fists at the clouds because everything was automated. We didn’t see any staff until they handed us our food. Like I said the staff was great, diligent and kind.“

“I live over 3 hours away, my cousin and I decided we wanted Jamaican food, so we googled where to get Jamaican food, and it was a toss up between this place and another spot. I’m so glad we chose this spot. The owner was very friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS. “to the people commenting on the lack of ambiance...? i think it is fine. for me the music is "ambient" enough, along with the lovely wall mural, and photos showing what the food is....not to mention the collection of both holly AND "bolly"wood stars and starlets, adorning a back side wall. the dining area is always SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, and the bathroom shines. they keep the prices very reasonable, which is a HUUGE plus for me. the food is always great, fresh, and tasty, not to mention a lot healthier than the traditional american diet. staff is attentive. i never felt they "watch to see how many dishes you take", as someone suggested. they are likely making sure people get FRESH plates with every visit to the steam tables., since this is actually a restaurant/buffet health law...i have never ever, once felt like they wanted to "rush" me out. they are always very welcoming and accommodating.. “I do not pretend to understand the culture, the history, or the ancient wisdom behind this food. I only know this. I ordered it hungry and emerged changed. The General Tso’s hit like a warm hug from a very confident aunt who does not ask questions. The rice showed up doing exactly what rice should do and doing it with pride. Portions were generous in a “you will not need a snack later” kind of way. This is not trendy food. This is dependable, soul stabilizing, late night decision affirming Chinese food. I will be back. Possibly too often.“

“Honestly, I consider Panera Bread my go-to place for hangovers. Whenever I’ve had a rough morning after partying, their green smoothie heals me within the hour. Whenever I think “hungover,” I think Panera Bread.

They have treats available, but I’m not a fan since they don’t taste fresh in my experience. My friend also had a sandwich there and came home the same day complaining about her stomach hurting.

The atmosphere is nice, but it feels basically like a Starbucks for people between 40–80 years old. There were a lot of very mature guests there. The employees are nice, and usually they seem to be in their early twenties or early thirties.“
