Chopt Creative Salad Co. offers fresh and great food, with a perfect location. The employees are often incredibly helpful, patient, welcoming, friendly, kind, and funny, creating a great environment. Staff can explain the many options well and suggest newer menu items. Specific meals like the Peruvian roasted corn bowl and the warm bowl are noted. However, service can be hit or miss, with occasional discrepancies like missing or scarce ingredients in salads. There is a lot of employee turnaround noted. The overall vibe is positive, with many customers recommending it and planning to return.
