I come here weekly in the summer sometimes my wife comes instead of me but we noticed something interesting. We basically what are the same thing every week for the pool. Just in the price of sandwiches alone they can range from $2 more or less. When I asked them they just Mumble something. I suggest ask him on the price of front before you have them make the sandwich because you could be out two bucks per sandwich

Cosmos and Alex catered our grad party for 50 people. The food was fantastic. Everyone loved it. We had hot food and sandwiches. Service was excellent.

Ordered online for pickup. The sandwiches were ready very quickly and pickup was super easy; my son was able to hop out and grab the food without needing to park.

The food was incredible! Loads of meat on the Italian combo and healthy amount of prosciutto and eggplant on the Juice Special.

Italian deli with prepared foods and large selection of products

This neighborhood staple has been around for a while, and it truly feels like a cornerstone of the community. As a classic Italian grocery, it offers everything you need—fresh sandwiches, hot meals, olives, cheeses, and more. The food is consistently delicious, and if you grab something hot, you can enjoy it next door at the bakery, which shares the same owner. It's an awesome local gem, full of character, with the old-school crew hanging outside, adding to the charm.

The place is small and all the products are crowded together. The brands present are the worst you can find in Italy, if you even find them, because many are unknown. Exaggerated prices, at least 5 times higher than Italian ones. Non-Italian and not welcoming staff, it doesn't really feel like being in Italy.
Final detailed receipt not issued, but only that of card payment (increased by 5% compared to cash payment), and prices removed from the products making it impossible to control.

I can say thank goodness, there is a good italian deli i can refer to in Mamaroneck. The staff is nice, the selection of product is varied and it’s truly a pleasure to shop there.

Cosmos Delicatessen - A Gem in Mamaroneck

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Cosmos Delicatessen, and let me tell you—it’s a true gem. My first encounter there was rather unconventional. Four days ago, I found myself sitting in their outdoor seating area, casually indulging in Dunkin' coffee and donuts. Not exactly polite, I know, but the owner was all smiles and didn’t mind at all—a testament to the warm and welcoming vibe of this place.

The very next day, I decided to make amends by diving into their offerings. I grabbed a breakfast sandwich that was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly crafted, flavorful, and satisfying. I also picked up some Italian danishes to bring home for friends in Maryland, which turned out to be a massive hit.

The day after that, Terry swung by to grab some candy gifts for our Crisfield neighbors, and once again, Cosmos delivered. Their selection of Italian treats and gifts is second to none, showcasing everything from authentic deli fare to unique, high-quality goodies you won’t find elsewhere.

Beyond the fantastic food and products, the staff deserves a special mention. They’re friendly, attentive, and make every visit a pleasure. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite, stocking up on treats, or looking for the perfect gift, Cosmos Delicatessen is an absolute must-visit. This place embodies great food, great people, and a true love for their craft. Can’t wait to stop by again!

My favorite lunch spot, they also have tons of Italian products like olive oil, coffee, etc. I get the Mamaroneck’s finest sandwich which comes with a large amount of nice chicken cutlets. They also have a good hot food bar with salmon, veggies, etc which works well for my gluten free girlfriend

Food is good and I also buy my olive oil here. However, do not go here between the hours of 11:00am and 1:30pm. It basically turns into a sandwich making shop during those hours. Long line of working guys buying lunch sandwiches and it takes forever to get waited on. On a few occasions, I was trying to buy some items (olive oil, bread, cheese, etc.). Impossible to get waited on as all the staff were making sandwiches. The wait was ridiculous. They should have at least one cashier for regular customers not looking for a handmade sandwich.
