This lomo saltado is out of this world. You can taste the smokiness in the sauce and the steak was so juicy and tender. Not the quality you normally find(chewy and veiny). I had the fried potatoes with sausage - I believe it was called "salci papa" - the potatoes were cut thick and fried to perfection. They were the most delicious fried potatoes I've ever had and there were little pieces of meat served with it. Very delicious and piping hot and crisp. My friend and I have been trying a bunch of Peruvian restaurants in the area until he found this gem. Don’t let the convenience store fool you. Just walk to the back and you’ll find the spot. We ordered a ceviche, lomo saltado and pollo saltado. Every dish was delicious. The Ceviche was authentic and the Lomo Saltado was saucy.
