Jill's Bar & Restaurant is a newly revamped establishment with an upscale, sparkling clean interior and a nice bar. The service is excellent, with eager-to-please staff, and the food, beer, and cocktails are all of very good quality. The restaurant offers vegetarian and dietary restriction options, has parking available within a block, is kid-friendly, and wheelchair accessible, making it a great addition to the local dining scene. The atmosphere is always decorated for the next upcoming holiday, and the menu, while smaller in size, never lacks flavor or portion size. The drinks are very good and there are many to choose from. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including the Shepherd's pie, which is a truly enormous portion, and the Savage Sausage Roll, which is an upscale version of pigs in a blanket. The restaurant is also a great spot for brunch, with a spacious and pretty setting, and a great location right across from Harbor Island Park. The bottomless brunch is a hit, with everything from the pancakes & avocado toast to the generous burgers being delish. The restaurant is also known for its hip gastropub vibe with an Irish spin. The seating is fine, but it is more of a happy hour setting than what you might expect if you're sitting down for a full meal. The restaurant can get crowded, so there may be some room for improvement when it comes to the service.
