I ordered a strawberry pink drink with cold foam and immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip. The drink tasted absolutely disgusting. I brought it back to the employee who made it, and instead of apologizing, he said, “Oh, you noticed.” That comment alone was extremely unprofessional and concerning.
To make matters worse, he admitted that he put eggnog in my drink, which I did not ask for and am allergic to. This is not just careless — it is dangerous. God forbid I had a severe allergic reaction.

This is one of my favorite neighborhood coffee shops. I love coming here to work in such a relaxed environment. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Obdolio, the store manager, goes out of his way to create a cozy, warm atmosphere. They greet each customer personally, genuinely listen to feedback, and this place has become one of the highlights of my day :) I can't believe I'm writing a glowing warm review about a Starbucks, but here we are it's that nice !

I stopped by this Starbucks and was greeted by Joshua, who gave me one of the most genuine welcomes I’ve ever had. His energy was positive, friendly, and set such a great tone for my visit. Right after, Imanol jumped in with the same upbeat vibe — the two of them made the whole interaction feel effortless and real. You can tell they both love what they do and take pride in creating a great experience for customers.
Shoutout to Joshua and Imanol for the kind words, the great conversation, and for making my day start on such a positive note. Starbucks is lucky to have them!

Yeah, this place needs help. Can't use the Starbucks app in this store....EVER. The cell phone/wifi service is the worst. Even one of the baristas said it never works. If you can't use the app in this store then what's the point. After many times of this happening to me, I turned and walked out. Never to return to this Starbucks again. Hasta La Vista, baby.
