Yeah, this place needs help. Can't use the Starbucks app in this store....EVER. The cell phone/wifi service is the worst. Even one of the baristas said it never works. If you can't use the app in this store then what's the point. After many times of this happening to me, I turned and walked out. Never to return to this Starbucks again. Hasta La Vista, baby.

WILL needs to be trained on better service. My dad was waiting in line, clearly up next to order, and some girl comes in behind him and Will immediately takes her. Like huh? What’s the point of waiting in line then? And when confronted about it, he literally said “I don’t care”. ???On what planet is this acceptable?

Worst experience I have had with Starbucks! I had a baby with me!!!!!! They made me wait about 15 min holding the baby to get my order (there was only one person in front of me and there were 2 ATTENDEES). I go check because my order is taking too much, my coffee was standing there at the coffee machine while the guy was in his phone. I finally get my coffee and it’s so full that I spilled half of it on the floor, I told them I wanted to put some milk in it!!!!! I had to go back, they took out some of the coffee and finally I got to put some milk in it. Worked out right? NOPE, the coffee was pure water, even tea is stronger than my coffee was. I left my coffee there and walked away with the kid. Spent $2 plus $1 tip for NOTHING! Blame on them! Worst.

The orders are always wrong when ordering online. Ordered brown shaken espresso but subbed for whole milk, was made with oat milk. Had to go back in to ask for whole milk and they made it with oat milk again.

For whatever reason, this Starbucks just can’t seem to get our orders right. The service isn’t friendly, and the staff always seems more focused on chatting with each other behind the counter than helping customers. After over a year of giving it chance after chance, we’re officially giving up.
The service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered a drink without ice, and the barista gave me significantly less than I should have received. When I questioned it, they told me that ordering without ice means getting much less drink—what kind of ridiculous policy is that? Instead of adjusting with more water or milk, the drink was left overly acidic and undrinkable. To make matters worse, I ended up feeling sick and having stomach issues afterward. The staff’s attitude and the way they enforce their baseless policies are appalling. Avoid this place unless you enjoy bad service and health problems.

The service is really slow
A few days I have gone and they have plenty of employees but mostly chatting .
Also the drinks are very inconsistently made. I order the same thing daily and not a one has been made the same way

This Starbucks is my go-to cafe for anything from a decaf mocha to a birthday cake pop to a Swiss and ham croissant. Not only is their service quick, but their atmosphere is warm and I always have a smile on my face when I walk in. They have plenty of seating options and it’s located in a busy area, right beside Mamaroneck High School, so it’s impressive that they manage so many customers at once. Additionally, the staff is super helpful with my confusing orders. Last visit I got a free cake pop because they accidentally gave me two. Although I told them about the mistake, they told me I could keep it.
