I'm very upset, I ordered three drinks and all three were wrong. They did not match the description. I ordered a Chocolate Matcha Slush and thought it might contain chocolate and matcha. But it was just a matcha Slushie only! The second drink was a pineapple Slush and I was given a different drink that tastes like nothing like pineapple! The third drink was Piña Colada with Aloe Jelly and Lychee Cristal Boba. They only added Aloe Jelly. In all the drinks I asked for 30% sugar and they put 100% on me, the drinks were too sweet and I had to throw them in the trash :'(

This slush is awful. It’s just a cup of ice shards with a washed-out color. They might have added a bit of milk, but clearly not enough, or maybe they barely put in any syrup. It’s a watery, flavorless mess, and the staff seriously need to be retrained if this is the kind of drink they’re serving.

Opened the door at 7:47pm tonight and staff said they had already made the last call- we literally took the train just to come to this location. They didn’t officially close til 8pm. Ridiculous- lost business from 6 people. Don’t waste your time here and go to Tiger Sugar instead.

So this is in early March. I keep forgetting that this has 2 entrances so was making sure my mobile order was going to the right location. Staff is friendly. I was standing there getting the mobile order in. Drinks were made quick since only we were there. Ordered the Strawberry Dreams Milk Tea. It was ok.

I am always here strawberry lemonade . So refreshing!
Friendly staff and good service. However, all 3 drinks I got were watered down and didn't have a strong flavor. The boba was soft/chewy with a good texture.

A girl, the cashier /barista usually work on Tues Thursday and Friday,(sometimes sun/Monday). She is always so nice and Friendly. She Always greet you hey, hi or hello and add the welcome in ( sometimes). She is a great barista. She makes drinks pretty fast. Her cashier's skill is okay, little nervous, but she should always remember customers that come frequently. Hand change like funny , always dropping my Change, but she apologized about it as usual. Ask her or them nicely, she or they will remake for you.. She remake my drink when the machine slammed incorrectly. It partially spilled all over me . She also apologized about it.. I appreciate the guy and the girl always hand me my drink and straw nicely.. I did tip the same Girl twice in summer. Hopefully it helps her and the business.Sunday staff partially changed.They are Still experienced barista... The guy work Sunday also know me and my to go drink. They selling more food item. Hot dog is okay. Sausage tastes better .

I ordered 2 taro milk teas with boba. First, the color of the tea wasn't even purple and second, they didnt taste like taro AT ALL. They also have levels of sugar to choose from. I chose one with half (50%) sugar and one with full (100%). They were both way too sweet and barely drinkable. Just very disappointed because they were not cheap.
