Holland Farms Bakery & Deli - Manlius

This was my first trip to the bakery, I had seen ads on TV & have been wanting to go try them out.
I went into the store at about 1:30 pm, not much of a selection of donuts, they had No Custard filled at all, they stated they ran out! All their Eclairs were filled with white Cream also no Custard, they
also had No Tomato pie, again the stated they ran out! also asked for a large coleslaw and received a small one. Now mind you its not long past lunch time and they were out of many things. I am willing to go back and try again the Salads are fresh and delicious, however I was very disappointed they were out of some things at such a early time, and they don't even close until 6:00 p.m.

Not at like the original in Utica. The most disgusting tomato pie, stuffed peppers and broccoli salad. So expensive for trash.

Such a great experience!! Charlie the manager is fabulous. Everyone who works there is nicer than the next one! Brian even helped us carry our yummy purchases to the car!! WE will be back!!

Came in for a sub, person who helped me was Marissa , super helpful and made the sub great! Definitely will be coming back!

Went for the donuts, they did not disappoint. Hard to find real donuts anymore, but here they are. Will absolutely be back many times.

The half moon cookies are to die for. When I went in there, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. And there was a young girl working that day. I believe her name was Marissa. She was so patient with me and answered any questions that I had. It's nice to see that friendly customer service still exists.

So many choices and our server Emilia was so sweet!! We were again yesterday and had different goodies and they were so good and Emilia was working again and she was fantastic!!

The half moon cookies are excellent! They are so soft and delicious. I was honestly shocked with how reasonably priced all the baked goods were. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning again.

Fixing my previous 3 star post. The donuts continue to be amazing, but the customer service has improved so much!! Olivia took care of us today and did a fantastic job

Always loved you in Utica, a great addition to the syracuse area. Best half moons.

Baked goods: hit or miss. We have got some items that were really good, others that were stale. Can't tell if they bake things in house there or its shipped in from Utica

Subs: the ingredients inside are fine and the order process is easy however the rolls often times are a little stale. And they dont have a toaster oven to toast the roll. If they are going to offer subs there which I hope they do as there aren't many good options here in Manlius they should bake the bread at that location.

No problem with the staff or service. Just had too many visits where some of the baked goods were a bit stale.
