Based on the provided reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a very friendly staff. The service, food, and drinks are so nice. The barista Jaslene is very helpful and kind, and Janice is so warm and welcoming, always in the best mood. However, the coffee is decent but getting too expensive. The quality has gone down hill, and food products are overpriced and not fresh, mass produced off site and reheated. A drink costing $6 is just too much. The manager makes it a miserable place for everybody. There can be a long wait sometimes in the drive-thru, otherwise the service is great.
