The customer service is 10/10, with staff that is super nice, kind, attentive, and accommodating, even for allergies. The food is delicious, fresh, and made at the moment. Recommended meals include the kani salad, which has a super rich flavor, the fried rice, and the ramen tonkatsu, which is super light. The lunch special bento box is a great deal and so delicious. The menu offers a variety of Thai, Japanese, and Chinese options at reasonable prices. Koi is a great place for casual conversation and a new Friday dinner spot.
