We had a great lunch on a Sunday. We were not rushed and the service was just perfect. Food too.

This is our favorite restaurant not only for the food but the company. Without Antonio , Carlos and their wonderful staff servicing us this place would fail, with so many Italian restaurants in the area to choose from. Antonio is a valuable asset to the continued success of Umbertos of Massapequa park hands down!! He makes you feel like your with family!!

Good food but pricey. My family orders from there all the time but they don't seem to value their loyal customers. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Charges for extra peppers, bread, etc. they never seem to throw in anything extra or send out customer incentives/ discounts.

The few bad reviews here are puzzling... We went and sat outside for 1/2 price bottles of wine and also had chicken picatta and lobster ravioli. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Will be back.

The food was outstanding. The lobster ravioli was one of the best I have ever had. This is saying a lot as I have eaten all over the world. The sauce was phenomenal. I also enjoyed the baked clams and the fried calamari. Both prepared to perfection. My only complaint was that there was only one waiter for about 20 tables. We waited 35 minutes for someone to take are order. Then the food took another 35 minutes. We were brought the appetizers with our main course with no time to enjoy the appetizers. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service needs major improvement. I would definitely go back because of the food quality.

This is by far the worst Umbertos I have eaten at. Food is mediocre. I ordered a Buffalo chicken roll with a side of blue cheese. They gave me marinara. I thought it was a simple mistake. Then they did it a second time. Now I'm wondering if it's laziness or stupidity. We also had an issue with ordering online. Food never arrived. Called the store but no answer. When I spoke to them the next day. There excuse was the system was down and they also decided to close early. What really bothered me is they didn't try and rectify the situation properly. I had to ask for my refund as it was not one of their initial options. Lastly I can't forget about the burnt pizza. I added a picture to show what they delivered.
