“I quite like the place, but honestly the burger was way overdone. Another person at my table ordered the French onion soup, and it was a bit small for $10. The beer is great, and I've had the specials previously and those were great, so maybe I just ordered wrong. Still better than anything else nearby though“

“My wife and I don't eat here regularly but when we are here for breakfast it's always been HOT and how we ordered, if not simply going back around the drive thru and the staff magically fixes the issue without question. Recently had a HORENDOUS few visits at the potsdam location.. they could definitely learn a few things from massena!“

“A friendly face greated me with my drinks 1st, and then food seconds later. And fast service. My drink was the frozen coke! They made the service fast by having our order ready when we got to the window! The employee made the service friendly! And the frozen coke was amazing, brought back memories as a kid!“

“Had an amazing experience at Burger King on Brookdale Cornwall! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly that instantly made me feel welcome. One team member in particular (a bald gentleman, didn't catch his name) stood out with his energy and positivity. He was not only helping his team with great enthusiasm, but also engaging with customers in such a fun way. He greeted me with the King crown and a big smile, and even suggested the $5 Value Meal, which was a fantastic deal!

The whole vibe felt uplifting and memorable - Truly a 10/10 experience. Big thanks to the team for making my visit special.
