4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦♀️
Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them!

I was on a phone call with my mother for a-bit while she was getting her subs (to witch she has ate with y’all for years!) my mother was with her friend and had asked if they can clean the surfaces as he was wiping his pants and handling stuff taking a sub out on unclean surface. He then threw it back in the fresh bag and then grabbed a wash cloth to wipe the counters and grabbed the old sub .
