As a Canadian trying Jrek for the first time - I would say it’s a bit better than Subway. The staff at this location had to be the most adorable team. They knew everyone that came in and addressed them all as hun or sweetheart which was so cute to see. They had a ton of staff working so there was no wait. The meat was really well seasoned and was a good portion size. My only disappointment is it’s very messy and gets very moist in the foil they wrap it in. I walked a minute...
We stopped going here a long while ago due to questionable sanitary practices. Decided to give it another chance, keeping a close eye on glove usage and raw bacon handling. We were very pleased to find that the folks working when we went appeared to have a much better understanding of cross contamination. Oh, and the sandwiches were good, too.

There is no fumbling around here. The employees seem to all know what their job is and do it well.
From customer service, to making subs, to cooking up the hot orders, they get it all done with a finesse Subway or other places just don’t have.
They were nice and patient with our kids. Place was clean. 5/5!
