The manager here was a badass. I would never do a review of a KFC but this guy made me want to give them 5 stars. He was a salesman of the next echelon and made me want to buy a sandwich. Great service.
I always get great service at this KFC. The staff is friendly and gets the food out really fast especially compared to a lot of “fast food” places. Shoutout to the guy in the striped shirt today that recommended I try the KFC sauce with my popcorn chicken. It’s great! Thanks Massena KFC.

This place is busy. But it's worth the wait. The food is great and they have a lot more variety of food then they used to have. The staff is friendly. It's located inside of a gas station so there isn't any inside dining. They do have a drive thru though. They even offer some desert items such as cakes and apple turnovers.
