I enjoyed DQ when I was a kid growing up on the west coast. I was happy when we got a DQ close by which was in Medford.
I went there a handful of times to order food and icecream. I stopped going because they could never get the ice cream down pat. I gave them a chance a few times and even pointed it out to the Mgr. You would think they would train properly. Nope. I stopped going.

Went this evening to DQ with my 3 year old niece. The staff were so super friendly to her. Service & food was great! The new manager came over to our table to introduce himself & make sure we were satisfied.
