Subway - Shirley - 7913 is a friendly and clean restaurant that offers tasty subs with good service. Customers appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere, where staff are always happy to see and serve them. The food is fresh and prepared quickly, making it a convenient choice. However, some issues have been noted, such as the bacon not being properly heated and ovens that do not toast subs as they used to. The menu can differ from other Subway locations, as staff sometimes go off the old school menu and claim all Subway menus are the same. The store accepts coupons, allowing customers to enjoy deals like B1G1 and $6.99 offers. Rewards through the app are available, but orders can be canceled at the discretion of staff, which can cause frustration. Overall, despite some minor concerns about food heating and customer service experiences, many find this location to be a good place for fresh food and quick service.
