so happy we made it to this little spot for lunch. chef is very nice and the food is excellent. unique pies from a wood fired oven. low on atmosphere but made up for in a big way with flavor and charm. no slices - only pies - good for 2 or order one each
This place is just awesome!!!! The pizza is beautiful and tastes delicious! The guy behind the counter is sweaty and always looks tired but his pizza speaks for him!!! He is proud and an artist! I only make it out here a few times a year but I ALWAYS STOP TO EAT HERE!!!! I wish I could eat his pizza in Queens!!

I’ve passed by this place many times and never gave it the time of day nor did I know it was this good! They have a pre-made menu with a lot of pizza choices to choose from, but no slices only pies. Freshly made with a wood stove in about 8 minutes, that wood stove definitely adds a unique flavor. I’ve had plenty of places in Brooklyn such as L&B’s (famous pizza spot) but Pizza Rita is definitely up on my list for best pizzerias especially in mattituck. A little pricey but...read full review
