“Nathaniel cooked our food (briskett stuffed grilled cheese), it was amazing! Sam is the best server we have had so far at Smokey Bones. She suggested some delicious sauce to go with my sweet potatoes. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed playing pool. We definitely will plan for many more visits to Smokey Bones :)“

The crust had that perfect wood-fired char, and the toppings were loaded with high-quality, flavorful meats. Every bite was rich, smoky, and delicious — you can really taste the difference. “I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“
