“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

Lots of choices for food and the pizza oven has a variety of tasty pizzas to choose from. Kim DeStefano was the best bartender, quick, efficient and exceptionally friendly. The event room was everything I wanted & could have imagined to celebrate my dad’s 80th. Highly recommend with working with Marie for any parties in the future. “Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

Specifically, there is an employee named Echo who takes the time to know the regular customers and greets them by name when they enter the restaurant. This type of customer service is what makes them special! They are often busy because everyone knows how good their food is!! I highly recommend them to anyone!! “Mrs. L is a master. These sandwiches are better than you can find almost anywhere. There is no sandwich in all of Los Angeles that can equal these, I found one in Chicago that I would accept as an alternate, if different style. Part of what makes these great, is the use of authentic terrines and cha bong (dried pork), and the fabulous crunchy Di Lauros roll. My friends dad showed my this spot probably 15 years ago, and it has been a favorite treat ever since. I made sure we had some at my wedding as appetizers. This is truly the culinary peak of Syracuse, and we are lucky to have it.“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“
