I really wanted to fall in love with this restaurant after hearing some reviews, unfortunately I will not be returning there. We had dinner reservations for party of 3. We were welcomed and sat immediately to our table. We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer and it was very good. Then we waited over an hour for our entrees to arrive. They were a friend chicken sandwich, burger, and lobster roll. The food was not horrible, but it was not fantastic. The sandwich & burger came out with over cooked fries (they were rock hard). I was surprised that our server even bought it to the table. The customer service is lacking here. When items are inedible, a manager should at least come over. For the price of the food, the quality & service should be better.

We finally got to Stacy’s Scratch Kitchen in Broadalbin after seeing all the posts about this place - well, it sure lives up to the hype and we can’t wait to go back! We had PEI oysters and the lobster egg rolls for appetizers - delicious! For entrees, I had the airline chicken which was so juicy and the sweet potato stuffing bursting with flavor!!! My friend ordered the salmon stuffed with lobster thermidor stuffing. Salmon was cooked perfectly, as was the stuffing - an even balance of lobster and stuffing-not at all dry but just right. The others ordered the 22 oz. Porterhouse steaks, cooked perfectly to each individual’s request. Steaks were like butter to the cut. Au Poivre sauce was rich and creamy but not overpowering. Somehow we managed to order some dessert after devouring our meals. The banana foster cake was delightful. The peanut butter gelato coated in chocolate blew us all away. Also had the watermelon cocktail which was presented beautifully and so refreshing! Can’t wait to get back to try more of this top-notch place. Definitely don’t miss out on this gem!

Stacey’s Scratch Kitchen is a must-try! Everything is homemade, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

We are in the area on vacation and this restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host and did not disappoint. They were pretty booked when I called for reservations, but worked with us and got us in. The food and service were amazing. A very good selection of meals to choose from. Even the kids meals were a step above. The cook came out at the end to ask how our meals were. We would definitely go back!

We celebrated my husband’s retirement dinner party at Stacy’s and what a Fantastic job they did staring with Rich at the bar who remembers what my husband and I like (Bourbon and a Chocolate Martini), followed by the MOST DELICIOUS Cuisine. We introduced 3 couples to the restaurant and they’re still talking about it. THANK YOU Stacey, Rich and staff members for a wonderful time with exceptional customer service.

Amazing place! , great atmosphere, I’ve never had a bad meal here yet!! Ignore the comments about the AC, they got it fixed in a reasonable time. Some things are out of their control

If you haven’t tried Stacy’s yet, I can’t recommend it enough. Everything is 10/10. They definitely put love and passion in the food, menu and drinks. Rich is a blast at the bar. The food doesn’t compare to anything in the area especially with the menu changing every week. You can’t go wrong with the regular menu either, especially the lobster roll. For the price and quality it rivals the best Saratoga restaurants. You also can’t beat dollar oysters on Thursday’s!

The staff were wonderful. It was our first time there. It was very busy and it was nice to see the staff work together with smiles on their faces. The Porterhouse Oscar to die for. We ate it for 3 meals. Mac and Cheese with lobster and scallops, the best we've tasted. We will definitely be back. Thank you for bringing a great restaurant to the area.
Food and service spectacular! But there was no a/c and it was a hot night - not pleasant
I have been to this restaurant a few times and was always very satisfied. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this experience. We were taking friends to dinner for helping us out with something. They had never been to this restaurant, so we thought it would be nice. The restaurant had no air conditioning and was about 90 degrees. We each ordered a drink. Mine came after about 10 minutes. The waitress told us she was waiting on glasses for the other drinks. About 10 minutes later, the other woman received her drink. We then waited another 20 minutes before the guys got their drinks. This was totally unacceptable. We then waited quite a while longer for our meals. Given how hot it was, we couldn't wait to get out of there.
