I really wanted to fall in love with this restaurant after hearing some reviews, unfortunately I will not be returning there. We had dinner reservations for party of 3. We finally got to Stacy’s Scratch Kitchen in Broadalbin after seeing all the posts about this place - well, it sure lives up to the hype and we can’t wait to go back! We had PEI oysters and the lobster egg rolls for appetizers - delicious! For entrees, I had the airline chicken which was so juicy and the sweet potato stuffing bursting with flavor!!! Stacey’s Scratch Kitchen is a must-try! Everything is homemade, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!
