The line here is often long and for good reason: they serve delicious ice cream in HUGE portions. (Fortunately, the staff is great and the line moves quickly.)
Fantastic, creamy ice cream in lots of classic flavors - plus a few unusual ones. And two vegan options for those who want or need that. They also do soft serve, sundaes, milkshakes, and the like, but their giant cones and cups of old fashioned ice cream are the go-to here.

Boxcar Barney's is a top tier ice cream spot! Great selection of flavors and very sizable servings. The place gets quite busy and the line can be somewhat long but very good ice cream makes up for that. Boxcar Barney's is definitely worth a visit when up at Chautauqua Lake.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, but there is no handicap parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps, but there is gravel to get to the building from the parking lot, we had a difficult...
