Nice course, in good shape, reasonably priced. Not as challenging as some other courses and the bar was closed but that means byob. Sand traps are a little rocky the fairways are wide, I only played 9 you can play 18 with different tee boxes which wouldnt change too much but I liked it, plan to go again.

The course is usually ok. Went mid-Aughst and it's in rougher shape than I've ever seen it. Dry is normal with the lack of rain we've had but so many brown spots, even on the greens.
I expect golf courses to maintain the course with sprinklers or at least better watering.
Mechanicville, in particular, has been really prone to overly wet areas after any amount rain. So it's unexpected to see this course so dry and brown.
