Starbucks in Medford

“Not sure who was the gentleman working a Saturday at around 4:49pm but he was very kind to this awkward lady who was saddened to see her favorite drink was unavailable. She wanted to give him a tip but he suggested a review, instead. So here it is. Thanks for your kindness, Sir.

“Jonathan the manager is AMAZING. EVERY MORNING I COME IN, I WATCH IT AND INTERACT WITH HIS STAFF AND HE IS RESPECTFUL, CARING, and overall you can tell that they respect him and appreciate his leadership. He is personable with the customers. He takes the time to interact with regulars and newer customers with joy and a smile no matter what. And my drinks are always perfect.“

“I have other Starbucks close to my house with drive-through which this one does not have but I go out of my way to go to the Starbucks because the service is outstanding. The girls that work there are absolutely awesome. I go there at least three times a week and I have never had one problem.
The reason I’m writing a review is yesterday while I was in there I heard the woman in front of me asked for a tall drink. She paid for it and after the lady made it and gave it to her, she said I asked for a large, I knew that woman was wronge and was playing with her phone while ordering but the girls were nice about the way they handled it and that’s why I like them. Even though the customer was wrong they went out of their way to stay professional and make the customer happy. so I felt I had to write this review and let everyone know in case that woman went home and complained that these girls are awesome and this Starbucks is the best one in all of Medford and Patchogue and it’s worth walking in .“
