The drive through lady was rude when I came back to exchange an item with an object in it. I didn't even cause a scene just wanted an exchange... She said "oh they must have put it in the bowl" if I did that why would I only try to exchange not ask for a refund?

"There are few problems a bucket of chicken can't solve"The customer service is warm with thoughtful recommendations and all my visits so far have yielded no issues so maybe I'm just lucky in that regard but there are other issues with the drive thru.It's KFC and you know what you are getting when you decide to goto a KFC. For me, I'm here for the fried chicken and nothing else. The mashed potatoes are grainy and taste like they are from a box, the gravy is just too dense, the mac and cheese is sooo heavy and the corn on the cob is always overcooked in the aluminum foil. The fries here are the over starched kind that aren't too bad but overall, the sides are forgettable.The fried chicken is definitely the star of the show here and it's what keeps me coming back. The crispy chicken is indeed crispy and the colonel's original is soo flavorful even if it isn't all that crispy. Every time I get a bucket I take off the cover to let the chicken breathe but no matter what, that original always seems to be soggy in the end.The drive thru is really slow as another reviewer noted, it seems like the order taker is responsible for packing orders as well as working the pickup window so there often is a wait to order, pay and receive your order. I'm also not sure what the deal is with most of the KFC drive thru but almost every one I frequent has this recessed drive up window setup with a curb that makes it challenging not to scratch up your tires/rims or worse watch novice drivers in front of you try and get up to the window without having to physically get out of their car to pickup their order. Totally defeats the purpose of a drive thru.

Never had any issues with my orders from this location. Chicken is always crispy and hot. Recently tried the donut and chicken which was very interesting. I expected them to cut the donut and half and put the chicken in the middle but instead they use 2 whole donuts. The donut was surprisingly really tasty with a sweet glaze they add to it. I took one bite and just ate the chicken and donuts separately .

The service was fine. However I was highly disappointed by the quality of the food. The staff was well aware that they were giving me old dry chicken, dry biscuits and soggy fries. The only 3 items that were edible were the mashed potatoes with gravy and the mac and cheese. I have called up their customer service dept. and voiced my dissatisfaction. I was told that someone from upper management would be contacting me. They offered me a $15 voucher. Nope not good enough. I spent exactly $29.86 and would like a full refund minus the 2 sides if they're going to be so petty as to charge me for those items after the inconvenience. But at least we were able to eat those. Very unhappy.

The employees cannot tell the difference from Original Recipe versus extra crispy. I do not appreciate the food tray just being thrown to the counter like its not their problem.

Finally some extra crispy chicken. Food was great. Employees actually listened to my order and didn't assume what I wanted. They were polite and courteous. Would definitely go back to this specific location again
BEWARE: This location has employees on staff who steal credit cards and perform credit card fraud. The scam they run is through the drive thru. You pay by credit card, they give you your food, then come back with another part of your order, and then leave and then give you a receipt. If you’re in a hurry like many of us who live off of fast food in between running from job to job you may not realize they didn’t give your credit card back with the receipt. Later that day when you discover it, head back to the restaurant, you realize they leave a BIN full of credit cards out in the open next to the drive thru (not locked in the office). Then later that night you may notice a fraudulent charge. By then, someone has charged $80 to iTunes before you can cancel your card, submit a fraud claim and then wait for your new card to be issued. It’s only a matter of time before some lowlife there is busted.

Haven't gone here for awhile and now remember why...order, inside, with a nice young man. He was helpful, kind, and very informative. Get the food drive home and bamm! Instant recall of the WHY... upon opening the bags and sitting down to eat....Missing items in one of the dinners! Call no answer after 10 rings, hang up call again, answered after 5 rings. Explain to person claiming to be a manager, no apology, just "are you coming back I can give you the 6 shrimp you are missing or come back another day I will write your name down". Seriously? When told it's a 10 minute drive there they should do better for the mistake I was told well I don't know what you want me to do. So I will get my missing items next time I want to be aggravated. Bad choice to stop here unless you check all food BEFORE you leave.

This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. when I feel like having a proper supper, this place comes straight to my mind. outstanding and all kinds of food and a large menu.great staff, and good atmosphere. And very important, the pay is fair. I suggest this restaurant with no hesitation.
