About Shake Shack

Shake Shack Melville is a popular spot for burgers and more. The restaurant serves real hand-flattered burgers that are well-made and enjoyable. Guests feel comfortable and at ease while dining, making it a top choice for fresh and filling food. A variety of options are available, including veggie burgers, kimchi season fries, and vegan milkshakes. Customers praise the classic Shack burger, portobello burger, and delicious shakes. The chicken sandwiches and service are also highly rated. While the new Korean menu items didn't quite hit the mark, the regular burgers and strawberry shake remain customer favorites, despite the higher prices.

This location is known for its great food, which is consistent and served in a timely manner. A lovely employee in the dining room, Michelle, is noted for her kindness and friendliness, making sure that everyone is happy and the area is clean. Darren, the manager, has also been recognized for going out of his way to help guests with their orders quickly. Although some employees are noted as just okay, the kitchen crew works hard to prepare the food. The presence of locals adds to the charm of the restaurant, making it a welcoming spot for everyone.
