We just had a 40th Birthday Party for our daughter & it was amazing! Starting with Bill, the Banquet Manager who was so accommodating & informative. The Maitre D was the sweetest, kindest & attentive person & the Staff were all smiles & helpful. The food was displayed with such creative ideas & delicious. What an extraordinary night! From the food, drinks, service and ambiance, The Refuge is nothing short of perfection. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! Thanks to all the staff and our lovely server Emily for taking such great care of us. We can’t wait to come back! 🥂🥂🥂
Went there last night to
celebrate my birthday with family. Everything was fabulous. The food, the service and the atmosphere was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!!

However, some experiences have been mixed. One guest shared that when they went inside to sit at the bar, the bartender initially ignored them until prompted to wipe down the bar, which still had water spilled and cup rings. Once asked, the bartender cleaned it, but was not very attentive afterward, smiling at other guests but not at them. There was also an issue with a drink order, where a coconut neat was charged as a double, but despite the inconvenience, the guest tipped and paid. On a positive note, the guest complimented the outside bartender, Evan, who was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service, making future visits more appealing to sit outside.
