Ramsey the new bartender was so nice to me and my mom. The whole team made me feel welcomed for the moment we got to the hotel. Kudos to the whole team and specially Ramsey for the amazing service he provided to me and my mom!
I had an issue with my room facing the open atrium area and the noise level from the bar extending past quiet hour. The front desk manager, Stephen, immediately addressed my concern and moved me to a room in a more desirable location. I most appreciated the friendly staff. Reception was great and understanding, changed my room with no issues. Room service was great and timely, thank you Holly! I stay a Marriotts frequently for work and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the restaurant.
