I most appreciated the friendly staff. Reception was great and understanding, changed my room with no issues. Room service was great and timely, thank you Holly! I stay a Marriotts frequently for work and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the restaurant.
Hotel was very clean, as was our room. It appeared to have recently been refurbished. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent, although a bit pricey. The hotel was very busy with business gatherings and quite noisy in the lobby area when the groups were having breaks from their meetings. Our room was quite far from the main area, so it was very quiet - but a long walk to the lobby.

I had an issue with my room facing the open atrium area and the noise level from the bar extending past quiet hour. The front desk manager, Stephen, immediately addressed my concern and moved me to a room in a more desirable location.
