Love this hidden gem. We always get their pretzel with house-made beer cheese sauce and mustard. They have great daily specials like their wing special on Sundays. Great fish sandwich, wings, beef on weck.

The four of us went here over the weekend to have dinner for my son’s birthday. We were seated pretty quickly since it wasn’t very busy. Our waitress came over, greeted us, and gave us menus. She was also waiting on tables nearby so she was frequenting the area. After a few minutes she returned to take our drink order. 7-10 minutes later we actually received our drinks, 3 out of 4. She returned with the remaining drink a few moments later and promptly left. We were ready to order at that point but didn’t have an opportunity. Several minutes went by and she returned to take our order. We ordered a pretzel for an appetizer and 2 smokehouse burgers cooked medium rare, 1 Reef burger cooked medium, and 1 chicken parm for our entrees. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and looked great. However, appearances aren’t everything. The 2 smokehouse burgers that were requested medium rare came out like hockey pucks and the third was closer to medium but was definitely closer to well done. I couldn’t even eat my burger it was so dry and overcooked. My son is a teenage boy and was too hungry to not eat it. Very disappointing to say the least, especially for $17!!! The chicken parm appeared to be a very basic breaded version that likely came frozen and was prepared from there in the kitchen. I would almost consider it to be a glorified chicken patty covered in cheese and sauce. Not what was expected but at that point par for the course. Jokingly during dinner I made the comment “the cook probably put the burgers on and then went out for a smoke break.” Lo and behold, there were 2 kitchen staff outside smoking upon our departure, too comical.
This was our second not so great dinner experience here. The first was in the fall with a larger party and while it wasn’t great, it wasn’t this bad. I let the waitress know about the overcooked burgers and she took one off the bill, I appreciated it but still left in discontent.
Aside from the company, the highlights from dinner were the pretzel with the beer cheese and the fries.
This is an aesthetically appealing restaurant close to home that unfortunately we won’t be back to.

The portions are enormous for the price . Even the kids meals were huge . I ordered the breakfast burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had. This was my families first time at this restaurant and we all loved it. The waitress was very nice and the interior has a great look. There is a boat launch on the property as well as it backs up to the Seneca river .

My favorite local go to place when at our little cottage in upstate NY. Tonight it was so busy I had to postpone to another night...glad to see this local place thriving!
Can be busy and short staffed at times but it appears to be clean and the food is good.

Just had Brunch at the Reef!
Other than the fact that I was told there was going to be funnel cakes and a clown, and there were neither, it was a great experience, and by great experience, I mean the food was great, the service was great. But I have to say the bartender kept telling me to chew with my mouth closed and to keep my elbows off the table. Ok “mom”.
I just wish I didn’t have a pebble in my shoe when I walked in. Kinda put a slight damper on it. But I really don’t know Jack (get it?).

The Chicken Caesar wrap was absolutely incredible. God vibes, good food!
Amazing place to eat.
First time visitor, I got a buffalo chicken wrap and my date got riggies. Food was fantastic, service was top notch. 4 stars for atmosphere because it did get a bit noisy in there towards the end of the date, but that's more of a me problem. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, all things considered.
Pretty busy with snowmobilers but they handled it well.
