“I had an issue where I bought my order online and did pick up in store and an item was missing. When I went back to make them aware of the issue, CHRISTINA (or not sure if spelled KRISTINA?) was so nice to resolve the issue. Everyone there has always been fantastic and friendly plus they have the freshest bagels.“

“The best bagels I've had outside of long island. Bagels are made fresh every day boiled and baked just like they do in Long Island in Brooklyn. The owner was super helpful. And I like the fact that he helps his local community by allowing the underserved low-income Community with discounts on their food. You couldn't have been nicer in the food couldn't have been better.“

“Absolutely my first choice location. Bagels always cooked to perfection, every variety of coffee offered is filled and hot, clean atmosphere and the staff are Amazing. I visit this location 3-4 times per week. The store manager is always there working right along with his staff.The 3 years of going to this location haven’t experienced any issues or concerns. Great job 👏🏼“

“Food was very good but wanted to add ketchup and pepper to my drive thru sandwich. I was told they only had packets and I was fine with that, but after I received my food and left Bruegger's, I never received any packets of anything. Really put a damper on the overall experience.“

“Beautifully prepared dishes that are all made from scratch. Coffee is delicious (if you upgrade to high end). Best scrambled eggs ever. Homemade bagels that are just the right size and so flavorful. The french toast is a work of art and over the top delicious. Shrimp and grits is elevated to a new level. Highly recommend!!! Worth a trip from anywhere.“
