When I went back to make them aware of the issue, CHRISTINA (or not sure if spelled KRISTINA?) was so nice to resolve the issue. “Food was very good but wanted to add ketchup and pepper to my drive thru sandwich. I was told they only had packets and I was fine with that, but after I received my food and left Bruegger's, I never received any packets of anything. Really put a damper on the overall experience.“
