I love the bagels but this app is ridiculous I want to order ahead to get my drink free but when I do I can't put in extra toasted button side omg seriously! When I try to call nobody EVER answers! Fix this feature Also I couldn't get extra toasted so by the time I got in to tell them it was done and my coffee was cold . Wanted butter on side too and couldn't.
Always amazing bagels. No matter which location you venture to. Service is better at some places. Also toppings are not consistent among all locations. Can't go wrong though. Fast and delicious take out bagels!
