Thank you for the delicious bagels. I needed these for a Shiva. It's harder than you would think finding a bagel store that is Kosher, so I appreciate that!

Drew alerted me that it’s his first day on the job when I was ordering.
He exclaimed “I’m so new to this, so plz don’t be if I mess your order up”
I then ordered a pumpernickel bagel, with extra tuna, toasted, with locs and cream cheese and pickles, with a half lb of pickled heron with a side of coleslaw.
He perfectly executed my order to a T. He was very sweet, and such a nice young man, I’m sure his parents will be proud of the man he will grow up to be one day.
I will give Drew a 5/5!!!!!!!!

Best bagels always, especially if you like hand sliced nova! We have been coming here >25 yrs. We always enjoy the bagels plus extra bakery items. Well worth the trip over! Wish they still had the russian pumpernickel, but times do change...

Just disgusting To give someone a teaspoon of egg salad and literally charge me for it when they give free samples out to taste!
People there have a bad attitude and were not reasonable or considerate!!!!

have a heart in your guest that walk in, there is a better bagel place literally 2 mins away!!!
plus your bagels taste like pretzels !!!!

Nice service but non traditional mushy and airy bagels like so many others. Bagels should be dense and chewy not soft and mushy... Macaroni salad was okay but chunks of feta ruined it...

It always feels dirty in this place. A lot of no changing of gloves too. My low fat scallion was sour ,and had me sick for hours.

We had Bagel Plaza cater my daughter's baby naming ceremony today and the food and service was outstanding! We worked with the owners Sam and Yanna and were able to get everything we wanted for a reasonable price. They were also able to provide wait staff to help with setup and cleanup and everything went exactly as planned. All of our guests loved the food and everything tasted delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend!

A close friend needed to send food for shiva this morning. After just reopening from Rosh Hashanah Sam was able to have this prepared for the family in a short period of time. Everything delicious and plentiful as always. Thank you for always being there for people in our community!
