This place has the worst service I’ve ever experience at a Dunkin in my life. So rude the attitude is just astounding to me if you don’t like your job just quit I’m sure if your not the owner your getting paid bad anyways.

When my daughter has a Dr. SUKHOFF appointment, the first place she wants to go to is this Dunkin. For me, there Iced tea is always fresh. They are well stocked.

I went to this Dunkin today to buy a Box of Joe. I've bought many boxes from various other Dunkins, never this one though. When they handed me the box they said, $28.23. WHAT? All other Dunkins I've recently bought from it was $19.99. I guess if they're independently owned, they can charge whatever they want. My suggestion, go down a few miles to the Dunkin in Bellmore/Wantagh on the opposite side of the hwy. Just bought from them a couple of weeks ago, definitely much more reasonable. Will never go to this one again!

Most of mornings I stopped this place but their service is supper bad. Today I pass my complain to manager(Lady), she also in the same boat. Finally she said if you not satisfied with service don't come. She never apologize, I feel she never want to listen my complain. Supper bad service .Food is good

It is always crucial to get a bite to eat in the morning before I head off for a long shift. I am always greeted with a smile on my weekend morning shifts at this Dunkin. The hospitality is great and the workers are dedicated to perfecting your order! If a mistake is made- they will ensure to the best of their ability to fix it. The friendly atmosphere here creates a smile on my face as i go to work. Highly recommend.
Best place to get my morning coffee! So good that I come here on weekends as well, and the morning crew is super attentive and sweet! They will always greet you with a smile and help with your order. An absolute staple in Merrick!

I come here almost every morning for coffee not once have I had an issue but maybe is because I don’t really pay attention, but mid bite of my breakfast and boom a whole hair glad I got a coffee also but dam that ruin my whole appetite. Other than this I actually really love this place, the people who work here are very sweet and kind!

Ordered food from Uber eats at 1am, I had a medium frozen coffee with caramel. The flavor was disgusting. It tasted like they didn’t wash the machine and the leftover flavor from a previous drink transferred over to mine. It was like an extra flavor of old burnt mocha rust mixed with the sweetness of the caramel. I also had some old tasting munchkins and a dry bagel with regular cream cheese when I ordered strawberry but they probably ran out, which that’s fine. I was mostly surprised by the flavor of the frozen coffee I had. This has to be the worst Dunkin in the area when it comes to Food Quality. If coffee is what this place mainly serves I expect to have a good coffee drink from all Dunkin branches. I recommend that the blenders and frappe machines be at least washed every shift. There was definitely some gunk that built up over time and I had a taste of it.
