I honestly don’t know how this one particular Dunkin is open ! These people can’t follow orders and when you bring it in to tell them how poorly they did and you want something else they give you the only attitude what happen to I’m right your wrong I’m the customer.. they don’t even cook the food all the way the bacon looked almost raw .. don’t come here !!

What a joke. I come to this Dunkin’ multiple times a week and order the exact same drink. never had an issue until today. It came out looking like straight milk, so I asked for less milk and the employee tells me, “We can’t add less milk.” Seriously?? What does that even mean? It’s a liquid, not a law. On top of that, he tells me the manager’s policy is to give a refund if someone doesn’t like their coffee instead of just making it right? I don’t want a refund, I want the drink I ordered, the way I always get it. If I wanted a glass of milk, I’d go to a grocery store. Just picked up my drink from Starbucks and am now finally enjoying my morning coffee. Will never come to this location again!!

When my daughter has a Dr. SUKHOFF appointment, the first place she wants to go to is this Dunkin. For me, there Iced tea is always fresh. They are well stocked.

I went to this Dunkin today to buy a Box of Joe. I've bought many boxes from various other Dunkins, never this one though. When they handed me the box they said, $28.23. WHAT? All other Dunkins I've recently bought from it was $19.99. I guess if they're independently owned, they can charge whatever they want. My suggestion, go down a few miles to the Dunkin in Bellmore/Wantagh on the opposite side of the hwy. Just bought from them a couple of weeks ago, definitely much more reasonable. Will never go to this one again!
