Excellent customer service as their food is a lot premium and every customer they serve gives a lot of French fries. I recommend this restaurant for all people who eats burgers. Will go again in the future.

Like every other restaurant the food prices have gone up. But at this Five Guys, the food is delicious. The burgers are juicy and well cooked well. The staff is super friendly, all smiles and a personal greeting. Rhe restaurant is clean. If you enjoy a great fresh burger and freshly cooked fries, this is the place.

Five guys is perfect for anyone with a gluten allergy. When I order in person they take my allergy (celiac) seriously, I really wish there was a way to mention allergies when ordering online!! The only gluten in the restaurant is the buns, so the fryer and fries are safe. The lettuce wrap (instead of a gluten bun) are really good and hold up so well. Thank you for having quality safe food for celiacs!

The Arab guy who's the cashier and cook was so welcoming, polite and easy going. Burgers were hot & tasty and fries are always fried upon arrival so they're always hot. Best location in Nassau County.

Service was nice, it was clean, foods good. but the prices are outrageous. Trust me you'll be better off taking your date to a diner or a sit-in restaurant. Just way too much for just a burger and fries.
Update 2, yesterday and today I've been there and the new person that is serving fried is fulfilling ONLY the paper cup. Yesterday I ordered a small it came only the cup with fries. Today I said to myself if it's the same person, I Will order a regular cause there will be more fries. NO! There was only the cup with the frfriesi paid a regular and got the same than the small. Only the cup with fries. Can someone teach this person the 5guys standards?
Update 1 everything went to normal. Yasmin is great and fulfill the bag with fries!
I just go there because of the fries and today I got a regular size one, but it was exactly like the small size portion. That is happening for a while I waited to make a review hoping it would not happen again, but yes, seems that the quantity of fries in the bag are much less now than it used to be

One thing is always certain with Five Guys: the quality of the ingredients is lockstep consistent and the food is always very good, even if the price is a bit steep. The hamburgers always taste great, fries are served in (over)abundance and drinks are always great thanks to the Coca-Cola custom drink machines. Shakes are also great. Easy to beat on price, sure, but nearly impossible to beat on quality of the products.
