The Arab guy who's the cashier and cook was so welcoming, polite and easy going. Burgers were hot & tasty and fries are always fried upon arrival so they're always hot. Best location in Nassau County.

Service was nice, it was clean, foods good. but the prices are outrageous. Trust me you'll be better off taking your date to a diner or a sit-in restaurant. Just way too much for just a burger and fries.

Update 2, yesterday and today I've been there and the new person that is serving fried is fulfilling ONLY the paper cup. Yesterday I ordered a small it came only the cup with fries. Today I said to myself if it's the same person, I Will order a regular cause there will be more fries. NO! There was only the cup with the frfriesi paid a regular and got the same than the small. Only the cup with fries. Can someone teach this person the 5guys standards?

I just go there because of the fries and today I got a regular size one, but it was exactly like the small size portion. That is happening for a while I waited to make a review hoping it would not happen again, but yes, seems that the quantity of fries in the bag are much less now than it used to be

One thing is always certain with Five Guys: the quality of the ingredients is lockstep consistent and the food is always very good, even if the price is a bit steep. The hamburgers always taste great, fries are served in (over)abundance and drinks are always great thanks to the Coca-Cola custom drink machines. Shakes are also great. Easy to beat on price, sure, but nearly impossible to beat on quality of the products.

Itâs just a cheeseburger how great can it be? The answer, just fine, because itâs a cheeseburger. $12 for a burger, just the burger. Want fries and a drink, youâre looking at lunch for upwards of $25, ridiculous you can go to any restaurant for less than that. I ordered a cheeseburger, I specifically said âI only want a cheeseburger, all the way, and nothing elseâ what does the lady at the register ask in broken English?
Want any fries? No, just the burger. Want a drink? No, just the burger. Want a milkshake? NO, just the burger.
STOP TRYING TO UPSELL ME! Especially on such highway robbery prices that theyâre expecting here. Itâs ground beef and potatoes, not expensive at all. Maybe if the prices were reasonable Iâd consider one of your multiple attempts to suck more money out of me. But as for now, just a small cheeseburger and NOTHING else.

Yesterday my coworkers and I went to Five Guys for lunch. This place was great. Very clean. Nothing fancy. Great service. Especially the girl in the black shirt who took our order, which makes the place a little different than what is in Merrick. Really good food. What else is there to say? 100%

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed at the end of all of it and wonât be going back anytime soon because even though the fries are good, âthey ainât all that.â
My wife and I havenât been to Five Guys in quite some time and paid over $40 for two kind of overdone double burgers, two shakes (There is only one size, if that is of any interest) and one large order of fries. The fries and shakes were decent. To say that my wife and I had some degree of stickers shock is an understatement.
We both agreed that for that much money we could have gone to quite a few sit down restaurants, all within a few minutes of this location, AND not only have been served at a table but also gotten a couple of beers and much better food and atmosphere.
The interior was clean in a general sense, mostly due to how much white is visible in their decor but the tables were definitely much less than clean. It seemed like they rely on their patrons to wipe them down with the dry napkins after they eat, which we did as a matter of habit. The problem is that the peanut shell creates crumbs and dust and peanut shell skins, along with the spilled salt and other things from the food needs more than that.
I also had to ask after our shakes when I saw, a few minutes after getting our food, that no one was even looking at or attending to the shake making station. The person giving out the food had to double back after I asked about them to make our shakes.

So so delicious. The burger is so fresh and good. Definitely feels healthier than many other burger chains because it isnât as oily. Just a tip for first time visitors, the hamburger is actually huge, get the little hamburger if you want it to be regular sized.
