Sign said open and another one said breakfast all day. Lights were on and doors unlocked. My husband and I walked in at 3:30pm and there were about 6 men in there. One guy says to us "we closed". If you're closed, turn off the open sign and lock your doors. At least I know not to waste my time again with this place.

The food was extremely oily. Very disappointed! The toast was burnt. The most uncomfortable experience of all was the smell of roach spray. And the wait for the food ordered thatwe placed, took such a long time,hence the place was empty! Go figure..

Just North of Sunrise Highway on Merrick Avenue you'll find great local treasure in this diner where food is cooked by veterans in the business. You'll not only find good eats & friendly faces, the experience won't break the bank either. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see this historic place in person.

Horrible. The food service sucked, and there was no air conditioning. They didn't have waffles. And the restroom was so small it could barely be used properly. Loud obnoxious men kept yelling in a foreign language. This place is horrible. This is the old "Mary Bill" Diner. What an insult to the history of Merrick and to Mary Bill. Trump would call it a shithole, and so would I.
Now this place is really nice, relaxing and comfortable, the service is nice, the food, wonderful and most of all the people are pleasent.

The best burger in Long Island ...... food is simply the BESt. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have eaten almost every dish chicken, burgers, breakfast all great food. George is the best cook no oily stuff here
