I ordered a açaí bowl and the presentation was very sloppy. The bowl only had 4 blueberries and lots of strawberries. The bowl was very unpleasant. The strawberries were mushy. I’ve had sobol many times for me to know this isn’t how the bowls look. I went in requested for a new one. Workers were kind of hesitant but if I paid for a bowl I expect to be what an açaí bowl looks like. Nonetheless, I wish the customer service was a bit better. Workers were not understanding.

I absolutely love Sol Bol and visit every time I’m in town. Today was extra special because Sofia & Annie went above and beyond to make sure myself, my daughters and family had the best experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and they made each bowl perfect!! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting açaí bowls with a twist and lots of flavors to chose from. I’ve been ordering the classic waffle package a lot lately, and I’ve noticed that my order hasn’t been coming with the honey I paid extra for. I always add a request to put honey on the second waffle too, but it’s never done. Today, both waffles came in a little bag with no honey at all.
I’m just confused—why not just put it all together, especially since I’m paying extra for the honey? I get why the açaí is packed separately, but the waffles, fruit, and honey should come ready to go. Just wanted to bring this up because it keeps happening.

Got 2 Acai bowls from here , service was nice , nothing out of this world. Only thing was i dont know if the prices are the same everywhere but i bought 2 bowls with 1 added topping each . 30 for 2 seems a little high and even doing so the added nutella to 1 and peanut butter to the other was so little added for the price . Convenient and small space but overpriced with very little to show for.

Service was fine . Atmoshere ok. Acai bowl was the worst my wife and i ever had. Although she was nice ,she does not know how to make a bowl. If all you like is granola with a little fruut in your bowl then ok , but not much frozen berries or peanut butter. JUST GRANOLA. ?

Ordered an Açaí bowl, way too much granola, no peanut butter which I asked for.
Bowls are yummy as always.....BUT... I tried to call first to place an order and the phone does not work so I then tried to order on the app and that was giving error messages. Finally, I just drove in and ordered in person. The girl at the register got my name wrong and there was curly hair in my spirulina bowl. SMH! Oh and one more thing.... SOBOL Merrick, dont let your workers come to work with their BUTT cheeks hanging out of their shorts!!!! Its tacky!!! You guys can do better!!

I ordered a smoothie bowl and they put it in a cup.. I don’t really understand that I got a melon bowl and it’s really not that good just go up the block to playa bowl it’s 20 times better I was going to go there but unfortunately they closed much earlier so I opted for this place instead.. almost 16 dollars for a smoothie cup ??
