Service was fine . Atmoshere ok. Acai bowl was the worst my wife and i ever had. Although she was nice ,she does not know how to make a bowl. If all you like is granola with a little fruut in your bowl then ok , but not much frozen berries or peanut butter. JUST GRANOLA. ?

Ordered an Açaí bowl, way too much granola, no peanut butter which I asked for.
Bowls are yummy as always.....BUT...
I tried to call first to place an order and the phone does not work so I then tried to order on the app and that was giving error messages. Finally, I just drove in and ordered in person. The girl at the register got my name wrong and there was curly hair in my spirulina bowl. SMH!
Oh and one more thing....
SOBOL Merrick, dont let your workers come to work with their BUTT cheeks hanging out of their shorts!!!! Its tacky!!! You guys can do better!!

I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now and today the cashier was so rude as soon she saw me open my SoBol app which I always use at this location she told me I can’t use it here just at Massapequa location doesn’t make sense

I ordered a smoothie bowl and they put it in a cup.. I don’t really understand that I got a melon bowl and it’s really not that good just go up the block to playa bowl it’s 20 times better I was going to go there but unfortunately they closed much earlier so I opted for this place instead.. almost 16 dollars for a smoothie cup ??

Solbol is changing for the worse. Staff is not friendly or accommodating. They wanted to charge me twice for one extra ingredient. Sad because they make good granola but the cost does not equal the quantity. And again the staff are not friendly about it at all.
Nice people and consistent quality.

I arrived at 7:40pm to make a purchase. I was told by the employee that their machine was closed. As I was confused to what she was referring to I questioned her. She continued to repeat that her machine was closed. Once I realized she was referring to her cash register I questioned why it would be closed before closing time. No response to my question but was told they do not have the password to open the register. No apology no anything! This is horrible customer service. I understand that we all want to leave after work but if you are scheduled to a certain time don’t do these things at the expense of your customers. The owner and management should follow up with these employees and hold them accountable. Since as a customer I wasted my time and gas driving there during your hours of operation only to be turned away and given excuses.
Horrible service, was turned away 20 minutes before closing time. All because it was to inconvenient for the staff. I expect a response from the owner, as I see that they respond to all the good reviews. Hold your staff accountable.
Price went up. Good stuff but way too much for what you get.
