Arrived in person to place an order, was told minimum 30 minutes wait for basic menu items (hibachi dishes). Apparently the kitchen never got around to cooking any steak or chicken. Only thing they had available was... rice. Wasted trip out of my way to be disappointed.

Food was good. Only issue California rolls were very warm. Tried two bubble teas pineapple and brown sugar, did not like either, but to each its own. Shrimp and steak hibachi delicious, rice also. Tempura roll was good, crunchy crab roll not soo much, vegetable roll was very good. Mom enjoyed tuna roll. Customer service good, prices great!

Ordered for takeout. Have been going here for years. I got my order home and realized I was missing a rainbow roll. Called immediately only to be met with an argumentative employee who was "pretty sure" there were 2 rainbow rolls in the bag. He offered to have me come back to get another but I love way across Middletown and there was no way I was driving 15 mins ineach direction. He refused to refund my credit card. He said he would take my name and credit me the next time I went in. Ummmmm....no! In any other business you don't pay for a product you don't receive. Don't tell me you can't refund my money. Very disappointed. I guess I've eaten there for the last time.

This is the second and last time i’m ordering from here. The one in Port Jervis is a million times better in terms of actual food quality, service and presentation. When i ordered the first time all of my food tasted old, this time when i ordered i did a pre-order for 2:15pm and placed it around 1:20. i got a text at 1:30 saying the food was ready which means it was sitting on the shelf for at least an hour before i got there. all of the veggies were brown and not appetizing. the food was cold and my sushi was getting warm. The man at the front desk was very nice but overall Port Jervis location is worth the drive.

The Middletown roll is superb. Every time I order for delivery I get at least 2. It’s hard to choose when you have so many great options. No complaints with the hibachi either. Looooord their food is great.

Highly recommend!! Hibachi restaurants are getting played out and expensive, I haven't been to one in a while that I had a great experience at. 3 Ninjas allows me to skip the expensive food and dry experience at other hibachi restaurants. Their food is so good and affordable, now I wouldn't really eat in the restaurant as there is not much seating bit it's perfect to grab the food and enjoy hibachi from the comfort of your own home. Their sushi and appetizers are tasty too and you can't beat their lunch specials you get a protein , rice, veggies, spring roll and a California roll for about $10 to 15 depending on the protein. Staff is also always very pleasant and helpful.
This Ninja Express sushi place is the best in Middletown. Friendly, professional service and cozy,cool atmosphere that we loved very much. The guys there are very cool. The most important, food was delicious, specially the sushi rolls. Menu offered rich choice with combinations of flavors that we picked from and we were absolutely blown away by the fusion of the taste of the rolls. We will definitely order here on regular.
