They just made a DELICIOUS chocolate layer cake with fresh strawberries blueberries and raspberries and chocolate cream for my daughter's birthday everyone enjoyed it!! Look how delicious it looks!

The line was out the door..3 girls working there they moved slow as hell..I ordered a cannoli cake with sliced almonds on the outside there were none on it when I got there to pick it up...no flowers or decorations like I asked for...just Happy New Year written sloppily on it..I bought a dozen mini cannolis they only had cream on the ends the middle of the shells were empty...this Bakery was the Best of the Best before it was sold...excellent cakes, bread and pastries and excellent people ran it. I'm hoping it gets better..I have gone to this bakery since childhood..it is a staple of downtown Middletown.

I’ve patronized this bakery for at least 25 years and it was wonderful! Since the business was sold, however, the quality has gone way downhill. Items are consistently stale if not downright old and sometimes inedible. DeFillipi’s has lost a customer.

I love this bakery but went there this afternoon ( Christmas Eve ) for bread and pastries. When I got home I had 3 boxes of pastries. No friggin bread. First she gave me the wrong change which was short. Then she forgot to put my bread in the bag...
I absolutely love De Flippis Italian Pastry Shop! The customer service is always outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and welcoming every time we visit. While parking can be a bit tricky, it's definitely worth it for the delicious treats inside. Their cappuccinos are a personal favorite—perfectly brewed every time! The pastries are always fresh, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone in the mood for authentic Italian pastries and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

What an amazing selection of fantastic pastries! I love Italian pastry shops, and this is one of the best I've been to. The chocolate dipped almond cookies are awesome. Really friendly and prompt service, too. I highly recommend it.
