Yes, hi, I am dazzy Starr. I am a diabetic. My husband went into the bakery yesterday. Requested sugar-free cookies. They gave him cookies that had sugar in. It almost calls me to have a diabetic atpack. I do not recommend this bakery. If you're going to be selling sugar-free cookies then I suggest you figure out which one sugar-free and not sugar-free.I I do not recommend this bakery at at thank you

Very disappointed. Ordered Chocolate Mouse filling Birthday Cake. My guests were surprised.I was very embarrassed. Cake was dry and no flavor.I will never come here again

Bought a fudge chocolate cake , was expecting to seize my cravings and just had two bites and couldn't even finish it,the filling had caramel, shredded coconut and like a pound of sugar overall cake was extremely sweet,.Do not waste ur money, Bad experience, Next time will try anything else but their cakes.

Good baked goods but bad management. This is the second time that I arrive at 6am, which they claim is their time to open, and am told that I have to wait until 6:30am for them to open. The employees were still arriving at 6am. Bad customer expectation. They should change the hours on the website and door if they can’t open at 6am.

Bought chocolate covered strawberries - strawberry was not fresh and chocolate was poor quality. Carrot cake was stale, chocolate mousse cake was stale. Even though I am sure, many of the staff are the same, ultimately, it’s up to the owners to decide how long things stay in the showcase. New owners - thumbs down. In the past things that were stale would’ve been given away to charity, or thrown out. Not sure why things that are still are being sold. Very disappointed. Quality very different with new owners.

Ordered a cake for a special occasion - cake was completely wrong - current owner (NOT the name on the bakery) called me and tried everything to swindle me out of my money - well the taste was good right? You could still eat it? It was NOT what I ordered . It was made incorrectly / bc his staff does not speak English and the order form was written in English- I was a loyal customer for year but would never return.
I ordered a cake for my wife just two days prior and it was just two weeks before Thanksgiving. Service was excellent and the person who took my order was the same person who made the cake. We were in ❤️❤️❤️?? We gave a description of what we were looking for and the final result exceeded our expectations by far! I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone stop in and check this place out! Thank you for the amazing cake!

This was my first time to this location, but the baked goods are still the most amazing you will find in all of Middletown. The girls were so helpful and friendly at the counter and even let me sample an almond cookie. We ended up getting a dozen cannolis, a napoleon, and a tres leches cake. Everything was absolutely delicious, but my favorite were the cannolis. If you're ever in Middletown, be sure to stop here and satisfy your sweet tooth!
