“I've been going to this Dunkin for about 17 years! They're have a high turnover of staff, but the core staff makes things run as smoothly as they can during rush hours. Food and drinks are good. The line at the drive thru can get a little long in the mornings. Truckers off the highway need to park at Lowe's and walk over. Their parking lot is small and it's cut in half by the drive thru line, which makes it impossible to get out of during rush hours.“
“All the young ladies working on this morning from taking my order to service were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, KIND and PROFESSIONAL in every way. I so appreciate this kind of service in a drive-through. My coffee was perfect, and the medium frozen chocolate for my son was made perfect. All prepared with care and neatness. 5 STARS ?“
“Just ran in to grab a coffee. Had to place the order on a screen and waited till it came up. Not sure why they ask for your name or give you a number when they just said what the coffee was. So I almost didn't realize it was mine. So it's not bad just not very personable. But I get it in the am and being in a rush people don't have time and can be grumpy. My coffee was good and just the way I ordered 😌 ☺️ so thats a win for me.“
“I usually never have an issue at this location. But, today I placed a mobile order and waited 30 min. I understand it gets busy so I didn't mind waiting but after 25 min I got weary. When I did ask, my order was not in the mobile pick up area. It was behind it so I couldn't even see my order. Luckily I asked.“
“I really enjoy getting my morning coffee from this particular location. I find the employees very helpful and nice to talk with. And that spills over on us, the patrons. (No pun intended :-) Those of us in line are happy to be there. The employees seam eager to help. And if there is a mix-up, they go out of their way to make it right; doing so with a smile and an apology. I especially enjoy Twana's efforts. She make a GREAT coffee, no matter what coffee style mood I'm in. (I am really enjoying the pumkin' flavors) Keep it up, Dunkin'! (applause here)
