“This Dunkin is part of a convenience/gas station. They do have a drive-thru.
The donuts are freshly delivered every morning from the Dunkin location in Middletown that makes them.
They seem to be decently stocked with food and drink items, and I have rarely seen an instance where they are out of an item for more than a day.
The staff is decent, and it looks to be a quick turnaround on hires. Some are good, some don't get your order right, such is life.
The area seem to be clean for the most part, however this is speculation as I haven't been behind the counter or looked in any of the machines.“
“All the young ladies working on this morning from taking my order to service were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, KIND and PROFESSIONAL in every way. I so appreciate this kind of service in a drive-through. My coffee was perfect, and the medium frozen chocolate for my son was made perfect. All prepared with care and neatness. 5 STARS ?“
“Just ran in to grab a coffee. Had to place the order on a screen and waited till it came up. Not sure why they ask for your name or give you a number when they just said what the coffee was. So I almost didn't realize it was mine. So it's not bad just not very personable. But I get it in the am and being in a rush people don't have time and can be grumpy. My coffee was good and just the way I ordered 😌 ☺️ so thats a win for me.“
“This particular Dunkin is located in a busy area of Middletown right by an intersection and close to i84. So it's usually very busy. Expect to wait up to ten minutes or so during peak hours. The workers definitely keep a quick pace going to get everyone served as quickly as they can. I like coming to this location because my coffee is always made perfectly. The workers are polite and the prices are great. Make sure to use the Dunkin app to stack up the points. They come in handy. There's always plenty of parking, as well as seating inside. There are restrooms here. This is one of the nicer Dunkin locations.“

Kid-friendliness: Everyone in there is pretty nice I doubt that they wouldn't like kids for any reason. All together it seems very family friendly.“
